The price of these special dishes reflects the median price of the barbecue restaurant, which means that if the customer finds the price of these dishes acceptable, the customer will also accept the other dishes from the restaurant. As I explored the barbecue restaurant’s interior and menu, another special place caught my eye. The opening hours of this restaurant are different from those of a normal restaurant. They're open from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. As I pondered why the restaurant would avoid opening during the day and possibly the busiest hours. I was inspired by the words of the boss, who said that generally people who come to barbecue have the following purposes: first, they simply want to eat barbecue at dinner, second, they may regard barbecue as a midnight snack, and finally, they regard barbecue as a type of party. Therefore, people who eat barbecue usually gather at night or even at midnight, because the daytime seems not suitable for a party atmosphere, and many people are busy with work and do not want to spend time barbecuing.
