A few months ago, I found out that a new barbecue restaurant had opened near our city center. In contrast, the barbecue restaurant near the city center has been open for nearly 10 years. The new barbecue restaurant seemed to have little business, because every evening when I passed the two restaurants on my way home, one of them had moved its table into the courtyard because of the crowds. When I first saw the "seductive" photos, my immediate feeling was that it would have been a pity if I hadn't tried their signature lamb kebabs. Each table has its own oven, and a dedicated waiter will add a charcoal fire to each customer's oven. To ensure that the meat can be cooked and not affect the taste of the customer.
When I opened the menu, the first thing I noticed was their signature lamb kebabs, accompanied by tantalizing pictures and the restaurant's mission statement that "our meat can be eaten raw." This sentence indicates the quality of the meat in this restaurant, but also the high quality of the food. When this sentence is read by consumers, they will also feel at ease. Second, what caught my attention on the menu was the price of the dishes. The first few pages were filled with luxurious dishes from the restaurant, which were slightly more expensive than other dishes. But the picture above is a little more elaborate. The middle pages are their special dishes, and the price is acceptable to everyone. They are not as expensive as the ingredients in the first few pages, at the same time they also reflect the noble quality of the ingredients. The price of these special dishes reflects the median price of the barbecue restaurant, which means that if the customer finds the price of these dishes acceptable, the customer will also accept the other dishes from the restaurant. And these prices in the whole catering market are also in the middle of a stage, not only to ensure fresh and clean food materials but also to expand consumer groups.

As I explored the barbecue restaurant’s interior and menu, another special place caught my eye. The opening hours of this restaurant are different from those of a normal restaurant. They're open from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. As I pondered why the restaurant would avoid opening during the day and possibly the busiest hours. I was inspired by the words of the boss, who said that generally people who come to barbecue have the following purposes: first, they simply want to eat barbecue at dinner, second, they may regard barbecue as a midnight snack, and finally, they regard barbecue as a type of party. Therefore, people who eat barbecue usually gather at night or even at midnight, because the daytime seems not suitable for a party atmosphere, and many people are busy with work and do not want to spend time barbecuing.
